HomeEck Cleaning runs homeeckcleaning.com and a free phone line that matches homeowners and renters with independent house cleaning crews and vent techs. This Privacy Policy lays out what information reaches us when you use either one, and what happens to it afterward. It also covers the control you keep over your own data. We kept the wording plain on purpose; you shouldn't need a law degree to find out where your phone number went. Anything still unclear, ask at [email protected].

Information We Collect

Quote form fields. The form on our contact page collects your name, phone number, ZIP code, and the service you're pricing out. Nothing else. We don't take payment card details anywhere on this site, and no real agent of ours will ever ask for them by text.

Phone and call data. The numbers displayed across this site are call tracking numbers. Each one forwards to the same intake team, and the specific number you dialed tells us which page prompted the call. Our phone platform also logs your caller ID plus the time and length of the conversation. A referral line gets paid when calls connect, so these records double as our accounting.

Call recordings. Calls to our line may be recorded and reviewed. Recordings let us confirm that price ranges were described honestly, and they settle later disagreements about who said what. Where state law requires notice, a message plays before you're connected. If you'd rather not be recorded, say so, and we'll try to take your request another way.

IP address and analytics. Our servers and analytics tools automatically capture your IP address, your rough location, your device and browser type, the pages you open, and the source that sent you here. None of that identifies you by name on its own.

Cookies. Small files stored by your browser keep the site working and handle attribution. Some cookies also swap the phone number a page displays so it matches the ad or search result you clicked, a practice the industry calls dynamic number insertion. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still function. Our reporting gets fuzzier, but that's our problem, not yours.

How We Use That Information

• Routing your request to one or more cleaning or vent service partners near your ZIP code, which is the entire reason this service exists.
• Giving a matched provider what they need to call you back, meaning your name and number along with the job details you shared.
• Measuring which pages and campaigns produce calls, and billing the partners who pay us for referrals.
• Reviewing recorded calls for quality and coaching the people who answer the line.
• Spotting fraud, enforcing our Terms of Service, and meeting legal obligations when they come up.

That's the whole list. We don't build advertising profiles on you, and your number won't surface on some cold-call spreadsheet six months from now.

Who We Share It With

Independent cleaning providers. The point of your call or form is a callback from a local crew, so we pass your contact details and job description to a partner serving your area. Every partner is a separate company with its own privacy practices. After the handoff, their policy governs their copy of your information, not ours.

Call tracking and analytics vendors. Third-party platforms route our calls and store our recordings, while separate analytics tools report on site traffic. Both operate under contracts limiting what they can do with the data beyond the work they perform for us.

Legal requests and business changes. We'll disclose records when a subpoena or similar lawful demand requires it. Data may also move with the business if HomeEck Cleaning is ever sold or merged, and this policy would keep applying until a replacement takes effect.

Worth flagging plainly: some state laws treat handing your details to a paying partner as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out of that. The state rights section below explains how.

Consent to Calls and Texts (TCPA)

When you submit our form or dial one of our numbers, you're consenting under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act to receive calls and texts about your request from HomeEck Cleaning and from the partners we match you with. Those contacts may involve autodialed or prerecorded messages. This consent isn't a condition of buying anything; you're free to find a cleaner without us. Standard message and data rates from your carrier can apply.

Withdrawing consent is quick. Reply STOP to any text, or tell the caller you're done, and contact ends promptly. Emailing the privacy inbox works too.

How Long We Keep Things

Call recordings are deleted after 18 months at most. Form submissions and call logs stay up to three years, because partner billing questions and legal claims tend to trail the actual cleaning by a long stretch. Analytics survives past that only in aggregate form, where it can't point back to you. Once a record stops serving a purpose, we either erase it or strip out the identifying parts.

Your State Privacy Rights

California's CCPA came first, and states including Texas, Colorado, Virginia, and Oregon now have consumer privacy laws of their own. If one of them covers you, these rights apply:

• Know. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and an account of how we've used it.
• Delete. Have that information erased, apart from records the law obligates us to retain.
• Correct. Get inaccurate details fixed.
• Opt out of sale or sharing. Stop us from passing your information to partners in ways your state's law defines as a sale, and from sharing it for targeted advertising.

Send requests to [email protected] and include the phone number or email tied to your record so we can verify identity before releasing anything. Most states allow us 45 days to respond, and we aim to beat that. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with written proof of authority. Exercising a right never costs money, and it never changes the service you get from us.

Children's Privacy

Booking a house cleaner is an adult errand. This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly keep personal information about anyone under 16. Tell us if a minor's details ended up in our records and we'll remove them.

Changes to This Policy

When our practices shift, this page changes and the effective date above moves with it. We won't quietly rewrite anything significant; a real change gets described here in plain terms. Using the site or the phone line after an update means the current version applies to you.
