Terms of Service
The ground rules for using a free cleaning referral line, including where our responsibility stops and the independent provider's begins.

These Terms of Service govern homeeckcleaning.com and the HomeEck Cleaning phone line. Calling us or submitting our quote form means you accept them, and so does simply browsing the site. They're short by legal standards, and we've tried to write each section so it makes sense the first time through.
We Connect You, We Don't Clean
HomeEck Cleaning is a referral service. Our job ends when your request reaches an independent cleaning crew or vent technician working near you. We don't employ cleaners, we don't own equipment, and nobody who arrives at your door works for us. The partners who receive referrals compensate us, which is why the call costs you nothing. Payment for the actual cleaning flows directly from you to the provider.
No Agency Relationship
Every provider in the network is its own business. A referral doesn't make a provider our agent or employee, and it doesn't make us theirs. No crew can bind HomeEck Cleaning to a promise, and we can't commit a crew to one either. Licensing and insurance belong to the people doing the work. We check both when a partner joins the network, but keeping them current is the provider's responsibility, and we don't supervise jobs in progress.
Estimates vs. the Final Price
Any dollar figure you hear on our line or read on this site is an estimate built from market averages and whatever details you shared. The binding price is the one you agree with the provider. So confirm two things before the crew starts: the full price with any add-ons included, and how they want to be paid. Homes surprise cleaners. An oven that hasn't been opened since spring, or a pet situation nobody mentioned, will move a quote. Lock the number before work begins, not after, and most billing arguments never happen.
No Warranty on Provider Work
The site and the referral service come "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty about any provider's workmanship, punctuality, pricing, or availability, and no promise that a crew will have an opening on the date you want. Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent your state allows. Some states restrict these disclaimers, so parts of this section may not reach you.
Limits on Our Liability
Because the work itself is performed by independent businesses, HomeEck Cleaning isn't responsible for what happens during a job. A scratched floor, a broken vase, a missed appointment, a billing dispute, or an injury on site is a matter between you and the provider, backed by the provider's insurance. To the maximum extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim connected to this service is capped at fifty dollars ($50), a ceiling that reflects a service you never paid for. And we're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages under any theory.
Indemnification
If a claim against HomeEck Cleaning grows out of your breach of these Terms or out of your dealings with a provider, you agree to defend us and cover the resulting costs, reasonable attorney fees included. The same applies to claims arising from misuse of the site. This obligation doesn't cover claims caused by our own wrongdoing.
Phone and Text Consent
Giving us your number, by form or by calling, is consent for HomeEck Cleaning and your matched providers to contact you about the request by call or text, including through autodialed and prerecorded messages. Consent is never a condition of purchasing anything. Calls on our line may be recorded for quality review and for compliance. How to opt out, and everything else about data handling, lives in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
Use the service for genuine quote requests. Fake submissions and prank calls waste a real crew's afternoon and get repeat offenders blocked. Don't scrape or republish the content here, and don't probe the site for security holes. Posing as someone else when requesting service is off limits too. And one safety note that matters more than the rest of this page: a gas smell near your dryer, or wiring you suspect has scorched, is a call to your utility company or 911. A referral line can't help with an emergency.

The content on this site and the HomeEck Cleaning name are our property or licensed to us. You're welcome to link here from your own site. Copying our pages for republication isn't allowed, and neither is using our name in a way that implies we endorse you.
Arbitration and Governing Law
Delaware law governs these Terms, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Try us first when something goes wrong; most complaints resolve over email within days. If a dispute survives 30 days of informal effort, you and HomeEck Cleaning agree to settle it through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's consumer rules instead of a lawsuit. Small claims court stays available for disputes that qualify.
Class action waiver. Every dispute proceeds one on one. You waive participation in any class action or consolidated arbitration against us, and we waive the same against you. Should a court find this waiver unenforceable for a specific claim, that claim goes to court while the rest of this section keeps working.
You can reject arbitration entirely. Email [email protected] within 30 days of first using the service with your name and phone number and a clear statement that you decline it. Nothing else in these Terms changes if you do.
Severability
If a court strikes any clause of these Terms, that clause gets narrowed only as far as the law requires. Every remaining provision continues in force exactly as written.
Changes to These Terms
We revise these Terms when the service or the law calls for it. The date at the top marks the current version, and updated language gets posted here before it takes effect. Continued use after an update counts as acceptance.
